Different from other places, GGP is by appointment ONLY.
The reason for that is simple: In other places, while you are sitting talking about your project at least 5 other people went by you, heard your conversation and some people will even give you their (non)sense opinion, that does not meet your needs, taste or budget.
We simply cannot discuss 10K, 50K projects sitting on a desk in the middle of everything with a randow lady that has no proper stone skills to educate you on the material or communication power in the company to oversee in person your entire project. Not saying (yes saying), that retails shops won’t deliver the same final product, but it’s about the most of what you can get on a specific thing - in this case, your stone countertops and customer service.
Just like gluten, time has to be taken into consideration while choosing your stone countertops otherwise it will grown on you. (lol)
When the client takes their time to schedule an appointment at the Studio, the first thing we do is to educate our clients on Materials, like a Stone 101.
I take pride of being the only Certified Natural Stone Speaker in Massachusetts, therefore I make sure that we use this time at its finest, providing the latest stone updates in the industry, sharing the long-time experience with products, my nonbiased opinion and with a strategic Design Eye I’ll provide to you the most of your time and you will be forever thankful for your stone selection.
😉 The ROI is incredible
GGP Custom Countertops is a women owned and operated Business, let’s support our Women In Stone in a male dominant industry.
“Overall, the results show that women-led companies appear better at meeting overall job satisfaction needs than those led by men.” - Forbes. Mar 24, 2019
are done by me!
Clients also have my own private cell number and can call me anytime!
Why is this relevant?
GGP Stands for Granite Guy Plus.
My catch phrase is: Anyone can be your "granite guy" but I am the PLUS.
What I sell - Stone - you can buy anywhere, even at Lowes lol, but a Sales Person is not a Stone Specialist and I am one!!!!!
I care enough to be a Member of NSI, an accreditation that just a few in the Area have.
Here is the List of Continuing Education Courses recognized by AIA, IDCEC, ASID, ASLA, NKBA, GBCI and LACES for Architects & Designers
Oh BNI - Business Network International
I started BNI a couple weeks after I went on my own with GGP.
Having a group of mind alike professionals that keep me accountable with my goals and values is really important.
My reputation was born there in Hopkinton where they call me " The Stone Whisperer"
On top of that is so valuable for my clients to have people that I know, like and trust to refer to them as they needed.
Here is the link of my chapter - if you want to meet anyone there just LMK :)
Glad to make a connection for you.
